This Guided journey will be about 45 minutes and will include a meditation and prompts to receive downloads for reflections and journaling.

So rather than set intentions for the New Moon, we will receive them as they are often beyond what we could come up with on or own, or not that easy to identify amongst all the possibilities.

Just show up on my Facebook page and the live session will begin at 3pm this Friday May 19, the day of the New Moon. You can also visit any time after to see and share the recording with others.

Whether you join live or watch after, bring your journal and be in a quiet place where you can get cozy!
