The full moon marks the final day of the receive as gifts phase. It's a wonderful time to stop and reflect.

In your journal you may want to take inventory of all the major happenings of the last few days. I try to take myself back to the morning of each day. Then I walk myself through conversations I had, people or ideas that popped into my world, things that shifted.

It's also wonderful to look at each of your themes that emerged during the New Moon and ask yourself if anything related to them happened recently?

​

After I list what happened, I presence with each one and ask myself, what gift did it bring me? What did I let go of and what did I welcome in? Who am I becoming as I do so?

​

This helps me glean all of the gold of life's happenings. Most are so subtle or appear as problems, that sometimes I miss the beauty and change they've ushered in.
